Full Job Description Overview:

Seeking motivated individuals to join our Packaging & Assembly team that will work in a detailed manner to achieve the goals of our company. Our goal is to provide good, clean, dietary meals to those in need within our county. We strive to keep things organized and clean in order to maintain the standard we have created. It is preferred to have dietary cooking experience and know how to separate dinstinct dietary meals one from another. Team etiquette is a must!

Duties:

Must have the following: $18-20/hr (depending on experience) Position can be considered seasonal as well 1-2 years prep experience -serve safe card - follow proper food handling procedures to maintain sanitation standards very organized hard persistent work ethic understands the values of foundational team work ethic reads and follows instructions/ recipes Work closely with our Chef & the Dietary Department to accommodate special dietary needs of customers follows health department practices team player accountability for his or her actions availability to work evenings clean & efficient work ability strives to get better daily

Skills:

Previous experience in a restaurant, food prep or culinary setting is preferred. Proficiency with kitchen/food prep & packaging tools & supplies. Familiarity with basic organizational, meal prep & meal packaging/assembly techniques. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members. Knowledge of dietary restrictions and accommodations is a plus.
