Job Description
Join Dinosaurs Sandwiches as a Cook or Kitchen Prep professional! We're a dynamic, Vietnamese sandwich shop expanding across 5 locations in the Bay Area. We're hiring 2 positions to support our growing operation and are looking for experienced, safety-conscious team members ready to bring their skills to our kitchen.

The Role:
We're seeking candidates with restaurant experience to fill cook and/or kitchen prep positions.Your responsibilities will include:
Cook Position:
Operating charbroiler and flat top equipment, managing high-volume service across our 5 locations (Position offers $24-$28 dependent on experience)Kitchen Prep Position:
Precision knife work, meat slicing, operating food processors and blenders, and preparing ingredients for service (Position offers $20-$24 dependent on experience)Both Roles:
Upholding all food safety protocols, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and contributing to a collaborative kitchen teamWhat We're Looking For:
Experience with fire line cooking, proficiency with kitchen equipment (charbroiler, flat top, meat slicer, food processor), strong knife skills, and a commitment to food safety standards are essential. We value reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.How to
