What You ll
Do:
Run theLine:
Prepare and execute clean, high-quality, presentation-focused dishes for daily service and private events.Kitchen Ownership:
Manage daily food prep lists, track inventory, prevent waste, and maintain clean, organized cold-storage and dry spaces.Ordering & Vendors:
Partner with management to maintain proper stock levels, order fresh ingredients, and control food costs.Safety & Sanitation:
Maintain pristine health code standards, proper food storage, and line cleanliness at all times.Event Support:
Prepare catering platters and small-plate menus for hotel events and private buyouts.What We re
Looking For:
Experience:
2+ years of solid line cook, solo cook, or lead kitchen experience in full-service, high-end casual, or boutique hotel environments.Self-Motivated:
Proven ability to manage prep timelines and execute service smoothly without constant supervision.Detail-Oriented:
A sharp eye for food quality, plating consistency, and kitchen hygiene.Certifications:
Active Food Handler Card / ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain before start date).Adaptable:
Comfortable working in a boutique environment where teamwork and communication with front-of-house staff are essential.Perks & Benefits:
