We're looking for a fast, reliable Cook to join our kitchen team. You'll be preparing sandwiches and simple Japanese-inspired food to-go, working in a fast-paced café environment. Responsibilities Prepare sandwiches, small plates, and Japanese-style café food to order Operate fryer safely and efficiently Maintain food quality, speed, and consistency during service Keep prep station clean and organized Support kitchen team during lunch rush Qualifications Experience working in a kitchen (café, restaurant, or food service) Comfortable operating a fryer Fast hands and able to keep up during busy periods Food handler certification (or willing to obtain) Ability to work a consistent full-time schedule Team player with a positive attitude Preferred Experience with Japanese cuisine or Asian food concepts ServSafe certified Schedule Full-time, weekdays and weekends
