Role:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Prep Cook to join the culinary team at Grill Em Pizza.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately read and follow recipes to prepare raw ingredients for daily service. Utilize proper measuring tools and portion control techniques to ensure consistency across all menu items. Demonstrate strong knife skills for the precise chopping, dicing, slicing, and trimming of ingredients. Collaborate effectively with the culinary team to maintain smooth, high-volume kitchen operations. Ensure all prepped items meet our strict standards for food quality to guarantee customer satisfaction. Execute recipes according to the recipes provided Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with all health and safety guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Prep Cook or in a similar commercial kitchen role. Strong ability to read, comprehend, and execute recipes with accuracy. Proficient knife skills and familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment and measuring tools. A team-player mindset with a focus on communication and supporting the wider kitchen staff. Fluency in English is required; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus.

Pay:
