PRISM Talent Group is hiring Back of House Hospitality Professionals to support premier hotels, restaurants, country clubs, catering companies, cafés, stadiums, and special events throughout Southern California. Whether you're an experienced Executive Chef, Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, Line Cook, Prep Cook, Grill Cook, Fry Cook, Pantry Cook, Banquet Cook, Pastry Cook, Baker, Pizza Cook, Dishwasher, Steward, or Kitchen Utility Worker, we'd love to connect with you. Responsibilities Responsibilities vary by assignment and may include: Prepare and cook food according to recipes, menus, and quality standards. Assist with food preparation, portioning, and plating. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Wash dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment as assigned. Stock and rotate food and supplies using proper food safety procedures. Follow all sanitation, food handling, and workplace safety standards. Work collaboratively with kitchen leadership and front of house staff to ensure efficient service. Qualifications Previous experience in one or more back of house hospitality roles preferred. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Dependable, team-oriented, and professional. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
