We are located on 319 S Arroyo Pkwy in Pasadena, CA.

THIS POSITION REQUIRES FLEXIBLE AVAILABILITY. THIS POSITION HAS OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH WITHIN THE COMPANY. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies Prepare food for service Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Answer, report and follow shift leads and Managers instructions Work well with others Multitasking skills Clean up station and take care of leftover food Stock inventory appropriately Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

1+ year of kitchen experience preferred ( but not required) Food Handlers Certificate Weekend and Late Night availability Line cooks must be able to lift 60lbs, to be on your feet for extended period of time, frequently reaching, bending and stooping, and work as a team in a fast paced environment.

$18.57 +

TIPS About Tatsu Ramen:

Tatsu was the brainchild of Tommy Nadeau, who fell in love with Tokyo and its lively ramen scene. He flew out multiple chefs from Japan to make the perfect ramen bowls that can be customized to personal tastes and preferences. Meat lovers, vegan, and gluten-free foodies can now enjoy a hearty bowl of ramen side by side happily. The umami broths are made in-house daily from scratch and takes at least 14 hours - keeping the good ol' tradition of labor of love. "Tatsu" means dragon and opened its door in 2012, the year of the dragon.
