About Richie's Tavern Richie's Tavern is a new, lively East Coast-inspired tavern in Paso Robles with Italian flair, great food, strong drinks, and a high-energy atmosphere. We're building a hardworking kitchen team that takes pride in quality food while keeping things fun, fast-paced, and professional. The Position We're looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our opening team. This is a full-time position for someone who is reliable, organized, works with urgency, and enjoys being part of a busy kitchen. Responsibilities Prepare and execute menu items consistently and efficiently Set up and maintain a clean, organized station Follow recipes, portion standards, and plating specifications Work quickly and calmly during busy services Communicate and work well with the rest of the kitchen team Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures Assist with prep, cleaning, and closing duties Help maintain high standards for food quality and consistency Qualifications Previous professional kitchen experience preferred Strong work ethic and sense of urgency Reliable and punctual Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mentality Ability to take direction and communicate effectively Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Compensation & Schedule $21-$23 per hour, based on experience Full-Time Position We're looking for cooks who want to be part of Richie's Tavern from the beginning and help us build a strong kitchen culture.
