Cook II Redlands Community Hospital - DIETARY - 3.9 Redlands, CA Job Details Part-time $23.00 - $27.13 an hour 15 hours ago Qualifications Food handling Food Handler Certification Full Job Description Reporting to the Food and Nutrition Services Director, this position is expected to perform a variety of food service related duties according to all the standards, policies and procedures applicable to Redlands Community Hospital. This position is responsible for all food preparation and preparation of meals for patient services, cafeteria and catering. All foods produced must be prepared according to a recipe or procedure. Provides the highest quality of service to customers and patients at all times. Limited supervision and instruction needed on routine work and general instructions for new lines of work or special assignments. Assist in orienting and training of lower level cooks. This position is responsible for all catered events including preparation of cold items, set-up, delivery, and serving of food.
