The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced, fine dining kitchen environment, demonstrating expertise in food preparation and presentation. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dishes that meet our restaurant's standards while ensuring food safety and cleanliness. Your creativity and attention to detail will contribute to our menu planning and overall dining experience. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative dishes that enhance the dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items. Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines, ensuring all food is handled safely. Assist in menu planning, providing input on seasonal ingredients and dish ideas. Manage inventory levels of ingredients, communicating needs to the Culinary Leadership Team. Support private events as needed, preparing large quantities of food efficiently. Ensure all kitchen equipment is maintained and operated safely. Participate in a teamwork oriented and culture driven environment, working collaboratively with management, culinary leadership, and FOH team members to ensure a quality environment and success for all. Requirements Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar culinary role within a fine dining restaurant environment. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality. Proficient in fine dining standards. A passion for cooking and creativity in menu development is highly valued. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Experience with KDS systems.
