Morning Cook (preference Brunch) Cocina Divina & Cantina Riverbank, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $17 - $20 an hour 7 hours ago Qualifications Kitchen health and safety standards Cooking Food sanitation practices Mexican cuisine Kitchen management Full Job Description Overview We are looking for an experienced and reliable Brunch and Mexican food Chef who specializes in authentic brunch dishes and Mexican food and Mariscos. The ideal candidate is passionate about cooking, knows how to handle a busy kitchen, and takes pride in preparing delicious, aesthetically pleasing high-quality dishes that reflect traditional Mexican flavors.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook authentic Mexican dishes and Mariscos Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes Assist in managing kitchen operations, inventory, and supplies Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Collaborate with the team to deliver an excellent dining experience
Qualifications:
Proven experience cooking Mexican cuisine and Mariscos Knowledge of traditional Mexican cooking techniques and flavors Reliable, committed, and professional Ability to work as part of a team Food safety certification preferred but not required Drug test
Required Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
