Duties Prepare and assemble pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish Handle food preparation tasks such as dough kneading, topping arrangement, and ingredient portioning with precision and care Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, mixers, and knives, adhering to food safety standards at all times Maintain cleanliness of the work station, ensuring compliance with sanitation regulations and proper food handling procedures Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza varieties or ingredient combinations based on customer preferences and seasonal availability Support the team during busy hours by managing multiple orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of food presentation Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food industry standards, including proper storage of ingredients and waste disposal Experience Proven experience working as a Pizzaiolo or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or food service environment Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, especially related to pizza making, dough handling, and cooking methods Familiarity with dietary department standards and dietary aide practices is a plus for accommodating special dietary needs Experience with menu planning, catering, or fine dining settings enhances your ability to deliver exceptional culinary creations Demonstrated skills in knife handling, meal preparation, and food safety protocols are essential for success in this role Previous restaurant experience involving food service, kitchen operations, or the food industry will support your ability to thrive here Join us to bring passion and precision to every pizza we serve!
