We're a laid-back sandwich shop that takes pride in great customer service, quality food, and a clean kitchen. We need an experienced, dependable cook who enjoys working with people and wants to join our team long-term. Schedule & Pay Full-time with a mix of morning and evening shifts. Shifts will vary; flexible availability is required. $18-$21 per hour, depending on experience, plus tips. What You'll Do Prepare sandwiches and other menu items using a flat-top grill and fryer. Prep ingredients, chop vegetables, and portion food. Provide friendly, attentive customer service and make customers feel welcome. Help take orders and operate the register. Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and follow food safety and sanitation standards. Work closely with teammates and keep up during busy periods while maintaining quality and service. What We're Looking For Previous cooking experience with a flat-top grill and fryer. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, respectful attitude. Someone who understands that food safety, cleanliness, and product quality are priorities every shift. Valid food handler card and knowledge of safe food handling, storage, and temperature requirements. Dependable attendance, a verifiable work history, and references. Reliable transportation or the ability to reliably walk to work. Comfortable standing for extended periods and handling the physical work of a kitchen. POS experience and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus. We take care of our customers and each other.
