We are a unique brunch destination in NoPa, featuring an old-school menu, but with all of our major staples made in the house. We are proud to make all of our own breakfast meats (bacon, ham, sausage, etc.), breads (bagels, English muffins and so on) as well as butter, hot sauce, jam ... you name it. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and embrace a high level of craftsmanship, authenticity, and genuine hospitality, we would like to meet you.
Applicants should:
Have 2 years experience as a line cook, with at least one year working either a saute or griddle station. Fine dining experience is preferred. Have excellent organization and quality standards. Be able to work with speed, energy and focus in the mornings. Have full-time availability Shifts are from 6:30 am until 2:30 pm on weekdays and until 3:30 on weekends Saturday & Sunday availability is required Some overtime is common. Qualified applicants will be expected to attend a paid, working interview (stage) for about five hours. Please come prepared with basic kitchen tools, a chef's knife, nonslip shoes, black pants and a head covering. Somos un lugar único para brunch en NoPa, con un menú clásico, pero con todos nuestros básicos preparados en casa. Estamos orgullosos de preparar todos nuestros propios embutidos para el desayuno (bacon, jamón, salchicha, etc.), panes (bagels, magdalenas inglesas, etc.), así como mantequilla, salsa picante, mermelada... Lo que sea. Si disfrutas de un entorno dinámico y aprecias un alto nivel de artesanía, autenticidad y hospitalidad genuina, nos gustaría conocerte.
Los solicitantes deben:
Tener 2 años de experiencia como cocinero de línea, con al menos un año trabajando en una estación de salteados o planchas. Se prefiere la experiencia de alta cocina. Tener una organización excelente y estándares de calidad. Sé capaz de trabajar con velocidad, energía y concentración por las mañanas. Tener disponibilidad a tiempo completo. Los turnos son de 6:30 a. m. a 2:30 p. m. entre semana y hasta las 3:30 p. m. los fines de semana. Se requiere disponibilidad los sábados y domingos. Es común hacer algunas horas extra. Se espera que los solicitantes cualificados asistan a una entrevista remunerada y de trabajo de cinco horas.
