In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious breakfast dishes that delight our guests and set the tone for their day. Your expertise in food preparation, attention to detail, and commitment to food safety will ensure a high-quality dining experience every morning. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a fast-paced, friendly environment where teamwork and creativity are celebrated. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items, including eggs, bacon, sandwiches and other morning favorites Follow standardized recipes and menu plans to ensure consistency and quality Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards at all times Assist with menu planning by suggesting new breakfast options and seasonal specials Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service in a timely manner Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify management when supplies need replenishing Skills Proven experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles is highly desirable Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within restaurant or culinary settings Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures Experience with menu planning, catering, and fine dining environments is a plus Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Effective communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team Join us as a Breakfast Cook and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating memorable mornings for our guests!
