This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced breakfast environment, takes pride in their work, and values teamwork, accountability, and attention to detail. As a Line Cook, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day operation of our kitchen and contribute to the success of a growing and evolving brand. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes ownership of their station, and wants to be part of a team building something special for the long term.•Food Quality & Kitchen Operations Prepare breakfast menu items with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and ticket times Follow recipes, prep procedures, and kitchen systems to ensure consistency Set up, stock, and maintain your station throughout service Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Teamwork & Reliability Work closely with fellow cooks and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service Communicate clearly and effectively during busy shifts Support teammates when needed and contribute to a positive kitchen culture Show up on time, prepared, and ready to work Take direction well and maintain a strong work ethic throughout each shift Guest Experience Understand that every plate contributes to the overall guest experience Take pride in producing food that consistently meets our standards Help ensure guests receive high-quality meals in a timely manner Contribute to an environment where hospitality and quality are top priorities Qualifications Previous line cook experience preferred; breakfast experience is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies as needed A positive attitude and desire to grow with an expanding company
