- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and storing food items
- Assist in cooking and preparing various menu items under the supervision of the Chef
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash, and washing dishes
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications to ensure consistency in food quality
- Monitor food supplies and ingredients inventory Skills
- Experience in food handling and kitchen preparation
- Proficiency with knives and culinary tools
- Knowledge of dietary aide procedures is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
