PANTRY COOK
- Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and executing cold appetizers, salads, crudos, and other pantry items
- Daily mise en place and station preparation
- Maintaining consistency, presentation, and portion standards
- Keeping the station clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Following food safety and sanitation standards
- Working efficiently and communicating well with the rest of the kitchen team ###
GRILL COOK
We are looking for an experienced Grill Cook who is comfortable working a high-volume grill station.- Responsibilities include:
- Cooking and properly executing meats, fish, and other grill items
- Understanding temperatures and proper cooking techniques
- Preparing and maintaining daily mise en place
- Maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation during service
- Keeping the grill station clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Communicating and coordinating with the kitchen team during service ###
PIZZA MAKER / PIZZAIOLO
We are looking for an experienced- Pizza Maker / Pizzaiolo
- to work our pizza station.
- Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and stretching pizza dough by hand
- Properly topping and baking pizzas according to Pausa's standards
- Managing the pizza oven and maintaining proper cooking temperatures
- Preparing and maintaining daily mise en place for the pizza station
- Maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation during service
- Keeping the pizza station clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Working efficiently during busy service and communicating with the rest of the kitchen team Previous experience working a
- Pantry, Grill, or Pizza station
