Line Cook/ Prep Cook needed- L&L Hawaiian Barbecue (San Ramon) Join our team at L&L Hawaiian Barbecue in San Ramon! We are looking for hardworking, reliable, and energetic Kitchen Staff members to help us prepare and serve our famous, authentic Hawaiian plate lunches. Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables and cutting and marinating meats.
• Cook menu items according to our recipes and quality standards (grilling, frying, etc.).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and prep area.
• Follow all food safety and handling guidelines.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and organizing inventory.
• Work collaboratively with the front-of-house staff to ensure timely service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
