Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes and menu items according to established recipes and standards Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients to ensure smooth kitchen operations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and prep areas in compliance with food safety regulations Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices throughout the cooking process Support menu planning efforts by suggesting new ideas and ensuring consistency in food presentation and quality Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service and meet customer expectations in a lively setting Follow all safety protocols related to knife skills, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment operation Qualifications Prior experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is highly desirable Proven culinary experience in fine dining or restaurant environments, demonstrating strong food preparation skills Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Skilled in knife techniques, meal preparation, and general kitchen operations Experience with menu planning, catering, and serving in a fast-paced food industry setting is a plus Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Join us if you're passionate about cooking, eager to develop your culinary talents, and ready to bring energetic enthusiasm to our vibrant kitchen!
