We serve Cheesesteaks, Burgers, and fried foods. We are looking for a full time evening cook for the flat top grill. Must have prior experience working in the kitchen. We need someone that can work Wednesday-Sunday the following schedule: 4pm-12am Must be able to work the night shift! Duties Prepare and cook grilled dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards. Ensure all food handling and safety procedures are strictly followed to maintain hygiene and quality. Assist in menu planning by providing input on grilling techniques and ingredient selection. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding work areas. Support food service operations by preparing ingredients in advance and coordinating with team members. Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, portioning, and waste management. Contribute to a positive kitchen atmosphere by working collaboratively with culinary staff and servers. Requirements Prior experience in food preparation or kitchen environments, especially in grilling or fine dining settings. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices. Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques related to grilling. Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and catering is a plus. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively.
