The ideal candidate should be passionate about food and have a desire to learn. We have 2 shifts- Saturday and Sunday- on garde manger, with the possibility for growth. This is a great position for a JC culinary student, or someone looking for a 2nd job that they can be consistently committed to.

Responsibilities:

Prepare food according to our restaurant's recipes and standards Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including proper sanitization techniques Take ownership of your station, and make sure that your station is properly stocked, organized, and cleaned at all times Work collaboratively with the rest of the team. Maintain good personal hygiene Be punctual and dependable

Requirements:

1+ year experience in a restaurant kitchen Passion for food Familiarity with seasonal produce and ingredients Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever evolving environment, with a sense of urgency Strong communication skills and strong work ethic Good personal hygiene and positive attitude Food handler certification We offer competitive compensation and benefits to our employees, including health benefits for those working over 30 hours per week.
