If you enjoy cooking, take pride in producing consistent, high-quality products, and work well both independently and as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards Set up and stock the line before each shift Prepare food quickly and accurately during busy lunch service Follow proper portioning, presentation, and food quality standards Communicate with front-of-house staff about orders, wait times, and item availability Keep the cooking line clean, organized, and fully stocked Monitor food quality and report low inventory or product issues Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature requirements Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas Prepare ingredients and food items for daily service and catering orders Wash, chop, slice, portion, and prepare vegetables, meats, sauces, and other ingredients Communicate effectively with all kitchen team members; Spanish/English bilingual skills are preferred to help support clear communication and teamwork in the kitchen.
