Paid and valued for your contributions, you'll help maintain a clean, efficient kitchen that delights guests and supports our culinary excellence. Duties Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas by washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support chefs and cooks Support the line cook team during busy service hours. Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation standards Keep the kitchen organized by cleaning workstations, storage areas, and maintaining overall hygiene standards Support the culinary team with general kitchen duties to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests Requirements Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Knowledge of food service operations, including food preparation, handling, and sanitation practices Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency Strong attention to cleanliness and safety standards in a fast-paced environment Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting fellow staff members Willingness to take direction and adapt quickly to changing priorities within the kitchen setting We're committed to fostering an inclusive environment that values your growth and enthusiasm.
