Prep Cook:

Prepare and assemble ingredients for meals according to recipes and portion sizes. Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of quality, taste, and safety. Assist with meal service and ensure all kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards are met. Work with the kitchen team to meet dietary needs and preferences of residents. Help maintain a well-stocked, organized kitchen, ensuring all ingredients and supplies are available for meal preparation.

Previous cooking or food preparation experience, preferably in a healthcare or institutional setting. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A passion for working with food and contributing to the residents' overall well-being.
