1. A min of 4 years cooking experience in high volume restaurant. 2. Broiler, Sautee , Fry and Pantry Skills 3. Must know how to cut meat and seafood to our specs. 4. Available weekends, nights and holidays Must be available a min of 2 hours before dinner service. 5. Must be able to set up / clean up / and prep during down times. 6. Must be a self motivated employee with integrity, honesty, respect for others and the ability to represent what it means to be a part of "the heart of the house" 7.
