Ensures food is stored and cooked at correct temperature by regulating temperature of ovens and grills. Ensures freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items, and rotating stock. Seasons and cooks food according to recipes Helps with the cleaning of any dirty pots, pans, plates, silverware Coordinates and supervises work of kitchen staff. Ensures game floor is clean, bussing and stocking table caddies as needed Run food to guests as needed The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
