What qualifications you will need:

A minimum of two years in quantity cooking, prefer hospital/healthcare experience of one year Culinary training from an accredited program preferred Basic knowledge of quantity food preparation, utilizing large equipment Food Handlers Card Required Practice of special diets Creativity in food preparation and presentation Practices food cost control principles relative to production Adherence to standardized recipes, portion control and labeling and dating Able to follow instructions Benefits Los Robles Regional Medical Center, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
