You will prep, cook, and help set up dinner for success. You will be part of a team that supports each other through service and takes pride in doing things the right way. Who We Are Looking For A cook who works with urgency and purpose, especially during a busy lunch push Solid grill experience with the ability to execute proteins consistently A prep-focused mindset — you understand that a smooth service starts long before the first ticket comes in Strong organization, cleanliness, and consistency in your station A team player who communicates clearly and supports the people around them Ability to follow systems, recipes, and standards Reliable, on time, and ready to work What the Role Looks Like Daily prep for lunch and support prep for dinner service (sauces, proteins, vegetables, station setup) Working the line during lunch service with focus and consistency Executing grill items properly during service Maintaining a clean, organized station before, during, and after service Supporting other stations as needed to keep the kitchen moving Following all food safety and sanitation standards Contributing to a kitchen that runs efficiently and professionally What You Get $22-$24 per hour plus tips Full-time employees receive medical, dental, and vision — fully paid by us Consistent schedule with daytime/lunch-focused shifts A professional kitchen environment with clear standards Opportunity to grow your skills and be part of a solid team If you take pride in your work and want to be part of a kitchen that values consistency, teamwork, and doing things the right way — we would like to meet you.
