Night Shift Job Description:
To operate and monitor all cooking processes and programs. The Head Cook II is responsible for anything that is cooked during his / her shift. He / she is also responsible for filling out all cooking related HACCP documents and verifying the validity of a HACCP Programs. The Head Cook II must log all cooking activity and report any cooking deviations to plant management.
Qualifications:
Must be able to keep up with company standards pertaining to temperatures and HACCP programs Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to work in a cold environment for an extended period of time Must be able to work while standing for the entirety of the shift Must be able to work safely and communicate well with others Must be able to pass BTE Level 3 Must keep thorough, accurate and legible records Must be able to check and log all HACCP checks Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Must be able to submit and pass a criminal background check Communicate with Plant management about any deviations that may occur throughout shift Voice any concerns regarding safety or other production issues Other duties as assigned
