Our cooks are important leaders of our team and you will be the heart of our kitchen. You are responsible for creating food with passion, service with heart and ambiance with pride. As a Cook for our team, your will have the opportunity to embrace a central role in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment. We believe our people are the recipe for success. Responsibilities Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests Prepare and cook menu items according to established company recipes and presentation standards Performing all Back of House responsibilities including but not limited to maintaining cleanliness and organizations of workstations, labeling food, taking out trash, etc. Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times to promote safety and prevent contamination Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely delivery of orders Skills/Experience Some high school 2+ years line cook experience Prefer some operations experience in food safety standards and proper food handling practices Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Require local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification Why us?
