We're building a team of people who work hard, move with urgency, and take pride in what they put out. What You'll Do Cook and prepare menu items to recipe and quality standardsWork the line during service with speed, accuracy, and consistencyAssist with prep including sauces, sides, and proteinsMaintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked stationCommunicate clearly with team to keep service running smooth. BBQ & Meat Prep Responsibilities Trim, portion, and season meats (brisket, pork, ribs, chicken, etc.)Apply house rubs and follow prep recipesAssist with smoking meats (fire management, temperature control, timing)Monitor internal temps and ensure proper donenessRest, slice, and portion meats for service. Kitchen Maintenance & Cleanliness Take out trash and keep waste areas clean and organizedSweep and mop floors throughout shift and during closingWash dishes and assist dish area when neededKeep stations, equipment, and prep areas clean and sanitized at all times. What We're Looking For Must be 21+Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred (BBQ is a plus)Flexible availability a plus. Must be available nights and weekends — no exceptionsStrong work ethic and sense of urgencyTeam player—no egos, everyone helpsReliable and punctual (non-negotiable)Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ lbs.
