As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable and memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math for checks and tips. Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, adhering to food safety standards. Assist in bussing tables and maintaining an organized workspace. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
