Job Responsibilities:

Chef/ cooks: Your role is vital in maintaining quality delicious food prep for our guests

Requirements:

Knowledge of kitchen equipment and understanding of recipe conversion. Prepare ingredients and cook menu items Maintain food quality and standard portion sizes Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers and snacks Plating prepared foods Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations Assist with inventory, stocking, and other kitchen duties as needed speaks Vietnamese preffered
