Job Description
PM Key Responsibilities Station Setup & Prep:
Set up stations with mise en place (ingredients) and stock inventory.Cooking & Plating:
Prepare food to order, ensuring consistent quality, portion, and presentation.Food Safety:
Adhere to health regulations, temperature checks, and sanitation standards.Station Maintenance:
Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment (grill, flat top, , broiler, stove, ovens).Teamwork:
Coordinate and communicate with other kitchen and front of the house staff to ensure smooth service flow.Key Requirements & Skills Experience:
Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen.Skills:
Strong knife skills, knowledge of various cooking methods, and Ability to work under pressure.Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand for long periods (up to 9+ hours), work in high temperatures, and lift up to 40 lbs.Certification:
