We are hiring a strong, reliable Cold Station Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This role works directly under the owner/chef and is ideal for someone who values structure, consistency, and daytime hours. ⸻ Schedule Wednesday-Sunday 7:30am - 3:30pm ✔ Guaranteed 8 hours paid ✔ If prep is complete, station is clean, and chef approves, you may leave early ✔ No late nights ⸻ Pay $23.50/hour Stable schedule + staff meal ⸻ Responsibilities Execute salads, cold plates, and prep with consistency Maintain organized and clean station Follow established recipes and plating standards Manage pars and restocking Communicate clearly during service Support hot line when needed ⸻ Requirements 2+ years line experience (brunch experience preferred) Fast, clean, organized Punctual and reliable Team mindset Able to handle high-volume weekends Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (I-9 verification required) This is not a creative leadership role.
