Position Responsibilities:

Prepare variety of meat, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items according to the individual stations using Castle Pines Golf Club recipes. Assist in food preparation operations for all food outlets of the Club. Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to ensure a smooth service period. Handle, store, and rotate all products properly. Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation. Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes. Understand and comply consistently with Castle Pines Golf Club standards including portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures. Assist in food preparation assignments during off-peak periods as needed. Report to shift on time and in proper uniform. Perform related duties as needed including washing dishes, kitchen cleaning, and assist with any other projects as assigned by the kitchen manager. Assist in other areas of the kitchen when needs of the business arise.

Qualifications:

Experience in professional kitchen environment preferred. Good communication skills. Well organized and sense of urgency. Ability to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen staff, and dining room personnel. Ability to stand on your feet for 90% of the time. Ability to reach, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
