The Company:

The Schoolyard Beer Garden & Café opened April 2025 and we are looking for friendly faces to join our back of the house team at the Café. Celebrating Colorado's craft beer culture, the Schoolyard Beer Garden & Café is located at the historic Evans School in the heart of Denver's Golden Triangle. Featuring over 5,000 square feet of outdoor garden area, as well as inviting indoor seating, the Schoolyard Beer Garden is poised to become one of Denver's premier destinations to enjoy craft beer, cocktails, and locally sourced food options.

Job Requirements:

LINE COOKS

• Line Cooks at the Café are expected to meet the following requirements to be considered a qualified candidate for the position:
• Setup & stock food items and necessary supplies
• Prepare & prep items both before, during, and after services when required
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements.
• Ability to execute entire menu during high
• volume services with ability to present food according to company standards
• Ability to produce food quickly and efficiently with coworkers and guests in a fast-paced environment.
