Job Description

Michelin-starred Bruto of Id Est Hospitality Group is seeking back-of-house talent! We are hiring full-time line cooks who are passionate about food and the hospitality industry. At least two years of prior culinary experience in a high-caliber environment are required to be considered for this role. This role requires flexible evening and weekend availability. Above all, we are seeking well-presented, positive individuals who want to be part of a fun, fast-paced work environment. Responsibilities of Prep Cooks and Line Cooks:
Prep ingredients, sauces, and dish components in accordance with established recipes Adhere to standardized recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation while following food safety regulations Follow storage and rotation guidelines to minimize waste and maintain freshness. Comply with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Enforce proper food handling, storage, and labeling practices to prevent foodborne illnesses
Job Requirements:
2+ years prior culinary experience in fine dining or other environment of similar caliber Basic kitchen knowledge, including knife skills, basic cooking techniques, safe food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness standards Excellent communication and time management skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Experience with wood-fired cooking techniques is considered a plus Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time and comfortably lift 50 lbs Open availability - must have weekend availability Bruto offers: Competitive pay structure with a tip and service fee share.
