This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals to join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences. Whether you're an experienced professional or just starting your hospitality journey, we welcome passionate candidates eager to contribute to our success from the ground up. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of all back-of-house areas, including kitchens and storage spaces Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to safety protocols at all times Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and waste reduction Support team members in daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth service flow Follow food safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures consistently Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and excellent guest satisfaction Experience Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen or back-of-house role is preferred but not required—training will be provided for eager learners Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Basic knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices is a plus Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join us as we build something special from the ground up!
