We are a locally owned and managed family restaurant that has been serving the Fort Collins community for over 25 years. We pride ourselves on serving quality from scratch products in a friendly environment. We are a great place to gain kitchen experience and learn new skills/techniques. Loving great food is a must! This is a fast-paced atmosphere, and you must be able to work quickly with a team. A minimum of 2 years of professional kitchen experience required, and we will gladly train the right individual if they have a strong drive and positive attitude. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and best practices. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives and other culinary tools. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Assist with catering events as needed, providing exceptional service to clients. Skills Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Proficiency in knife skills and various cooking techniques. Experience in meal preparation within the food industry, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to take initiative when needed. Familiarity with catering services is a plus, along with experience as a dietary aide if applicable. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A passion for culinary arts and a desire to learn and grow within the field.
Pay:
$16.00 - $22.00 per hour
