  • Part-time Overview Join our team at Fountain Creek Winery & Eatery as a Dishwasher/Food Prep, where your energy and attention to detail will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Cook with 2-3 year experience must be reliable, efficient culinary professional who has station set up, knife skills, and ticket management for a smooth service flow, while working calmly under pressure. Duties Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support the culinary staff Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including floors, counters, sinks, and storage spaces through regular cleaning routines Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and prevent cross-contamination Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to facilitate smooth operations during busy periods Experience Food preparation
  • cooks food using a variety of methods in accordance with standardized recipes. Plate Presentation
  • garnishes, arranges, portions food according to company standards. Must follow quality and plating guidelines. Kitchen Operation
  • sets up and stocks stations before service. Monitors inventory, checks ingredient freshness, and assists with ordering, inventory, and receiving supplies. Sanitation & Safety
  • Maintains a clean, sanitized, and organized work environment. Compliance with health department, proper labeling, food rotation, and prevent cross contamination. Team Collaboration
  • Communication is key with line cooks, kitchen management, and waitstaff.
