Job Description

Position Description:
Responsible for cooking operations.
Responsibilities:
Position is responsible for the preparation, production and service of the menu items. Will also be asked to assist with food prep and service from other cooking stations as needed. Assists in ensuring kitchen is clean and safe. Organize work space and food to ensure seamless transition between working shifts and amount of wasted food. Will be asked to assist with unloading of daily deliveries and provide input into needed food supplies and quantities. Complete other tasks or duties as they are assigned by your supervisor.
Operations:
Have a keen eye for kitchen presentation.
Project and Planning:
Complete food services certifications.
Safety:
Follow kitchen safety procedures.
Communication:
Clear communication with Food and Beverage Manager and Kitchen Supervisor.
Requirements:
Possess and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Available to work weekends and holidays. Represent the company with a positive and professional image.
Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Effectively answer any guest questions related to park operations, or know who to ask, MOD. Experience in food prep and cooking very helpful. Knife skills and experience very helpful. Must be familiar with what is offered in different areas of the park, including guest services, rides, shops, and food, in order to direct our guests. Must be patient, poised and able to cope with special situations. Courtesy, alertness, a positive attitude and the ability to learn quickly are necessary. Able to interpret both written & verbal instructions. Complete other tasks or duties as they are assigned by your supervisor. Must be 16 years of age and older.
Compensation:
This position pays $20.00/hour to $21.00/hour including supplemental tips ranging from $2

Base pay is $18.00/hour.
