Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Cook to prepare high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate has a passion for food, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow recipes and safety standards consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Ensure all food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning Monitor food inventory and communicate shortages or needs to management Properly store food items and handle ingredients to minimize waste Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

Qualifications:

Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety practices Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Strong teamwork and communication skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs

Preferred Skills:

Experience with specific cuisines or cooking styles Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools Food Handler's Certification (if required by local regulations)

Work Environment:

Fast-paced kitchen setting with exposure to heat, sharp tools, and kitchen equipment
