Job Description
Overview Grand Lake Metropolitan Recreation District is a year-round outdoor destination bordering majestic Rocky Mountain National Park. Featuring the Grand Lake Golf Course in the summer and a variety of boundless Nordic skiing terrain in the winter, the unparalleled location offers panoramic views, fresh mountain air and the guarantee of a memorable outdoor experience. We are seeking a qualified Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and a passion for culinary arts. Experience Required No Experienced Required Essential Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and execution of menu items
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness & sanitization of kitchen equipment, cookware, dishes and utensils
- Ensure food quality and timeliness
- Collaborate with the management team to provide excellent customer experiences.
