What You'll Do:

Prepare and plate dishes according to Mtn Prime's recipes, standards, and spirit Work the line with energy and focus — grill, sauté, broil, fry, plate Help prep ingredients, but more importantly, prep for success every shift Communicate with the team — call out tickets, support your fellow cooks, stay ahead of the rush Keep your station spotless, organized, and ready for action Take real pride in what you put on every plate

What We're Looking For:

Experience working in a professional kitchen preferred (but if you're passionate, we'll teach you) Ability to stay cool under pressure — like a steak cooked medium rare, not well done Attention to detail — because every guest deserves a plate we're proud of Respect for ingredients, your teammates, and the kitchen itself Willingness to learn, grow, and bring a positive attitude every day
