Successful Candidates:

High school diploma or equivalent. Experience as a cook in a nursing home, assisted living, skilled nursing facility or long term care facility for not less than one year. Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check Servesafe certification a plus! Should have experience as a cook in a hospital or long term care facility for not less than one year.

Rate Range:
