We are looking for people who can: Make menu items according to specified instructions in a timely manner Prep food (i.e. meats, cheeses and vegetables) using an automatic slicer and following proper dating methods Complete necessary tasks by following a provided checklist Stock inventory appropriately and notify manager when inventory is low Answer, report to and follow shift leader or manager on or off duty Maintain a clean kitchen and comply with all sanitation regulations Comply with all safety standards and protocols Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers Run food to customers- either at their table or outside Assist front of the house workers when they need it and there is no food to be made Assist shift leaders or managers with any necessary tasks, even if those tasks are not food or kitchen related Being flexible to cross-train as barista if needed
