Job Description

Enjoy the breathtaking Colorado high country at our remote guest ranch. We are looking for a cook for the 2026 season that will run mid May- mid-November. We are a small informal Lodge that allows our guests to set the pace for their stay. We offer meals, bar service, trail rides, cabins, and guide service. Most of our guests are returning clients whose families have enjoyed our facilities for generations. Working at Ripple Creek you will become part of the family working alongside returning employees, friends, and past employees. Job duties will include, meal prep, cooking, bartending, guest services, dishwashing and cleaning. Our compensation package includes; Wages, tips room and board, and bonus.
