Full Job Description Position Summary:
As a Cook at IHOP, you bring the menu to life by preparing high-quality food with speed, accuracy, and consistency. You play a critical role in delivering a great guest experience through execution excellence.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items Ensure quality and presentation Manage multiple orders Maintain speed and accuracy Follow food safety guidelines Keep station clean Communicate with team Assist with prep and cleaning
